Asked for a non smoking room during booking. When check in highlighted wanted a non smoking room but was GIVEN a smoking room 😂…. Anyway hotel changed the room and we have a fantastic view of the tower and the shrine. So great 4 stars on the hotel but could be better.

Wonderful hotel. We enjoyded our stay, but the room was a little small to move around in. We would stay there again. It was in an excellent location and 5 minute walking distance to subway and Senso-ji temple.

The property was overall good. The breakfast was really good and great variety. The staff were nice but not always able to answer questions at the front desk. There was a stale smell to our room that we couldn’t get rid of that took away from the experience a bit.

Very dirty and stained room. The floors had not been cleaned prior to us checking in and there was pee on the toilet floor. Great location but was quite uncomfortable with the state of cleanliness.

Excellent hotel, could see the Senso-ji Temple from the window, plenty of restaurants nearby, a Don Quijote store at the door, metro station not too far. The rooms are big by Japanese standard, Wi-Fi excellent and lets you cast your own programs. They have the BEST coffee we have ever had in the room.

Ideal location. Next door to sensoji. Tons of food options. On top of uniqlo. Don Q is next door as well as other convenience store. Room is really small (i know tokyo hotels mostly are but for the price point i thought it would have slightly more space). Staff are friendly. Just wished coffee machine was open earlier

Location is fantastic! As Muslim travellers, we chose this hotel because of the halal food nearby. Commuting is a breeze, lots of options around the hotel. 24 hours Don Quijote is a plus. So many places to explore in Asakusa itself, and very safe!
