A nice modern hotel convenient for arrival or departure from Haneda airport. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel during my stay in japan. It is located closely to Haneda airport with Otorii subway station a short walk away. For this stay I stayed for my final night in the city. Check in was fast and efficient with a friendly staff greeting. The room was modern and a decent enough size. I chose a room with a bath but didn't get to use it as I didn't spend long enough there. A few negatives I noticed were that the room wasn’t sound proofed very well as guests next door banged on the wall once as I arrived quite late in the evening and I may have made some noises as I have Tourette's. It would be nice if better soundproofing was used as it was uncomfortable being overly conscious about any noises and tics that slipped out. The second was I didn't know the shuttle to Haneda airport only covered the morning. My flight was late at night so I didn't use this. This wasn’t a big problem as the subway was only a short walk away and only a few stops to Terminal 3. They don't have a coin laundry but there is a good 24 hour one about a fifteen minute walk away. Breakfast was of a good quality and there was a good range of foods I had become accustomed to in Japanese hotel buffet breakfasts. Miso soup, eggs, fruit, salad, juices and coffee etc. Checkout was quick and they stored my case to pickup later in the day.

Great convenient location for those taking a flight from Haneda early in the morning. Stay was comfortable and the shuttle bus was a nice addition for a stress-free stay.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is clean and close to the Otorii station. Check in and out was a breeze! Shuttle to/from the airport was a great option too! Dragging several bags through the train can be a nightmare. There is a Lawson and 7/11 around the corner and several restaurants. A great stay with clean and well appointed rooms!

The hotel design is great and beautiful, modern Asian fusion interior design and seems very new. The room and bathroom size are decent. Breakfast was great too. Bed size was bigger than Japan standard. Front desk staff whom I dealt with provided poor service, had no idea of our booking and kept asking for extra money whilst everything was paid for. Didn’t explained to us that we actually got breakfast as part of the room cost either so we missed out on it and we went down on our last morning wanting to pay for breakfast to be told that we’ve paid already for the whole stay. Room cleanliness was poor. Hair on the bed, in the mug, unwashed mug and a lot of stain in the bathroom black wallpaper. Restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. Shuttle bus staff are stellar, very helpful, happy and willing to help all customers.
