I am used to staying at Japanese japnese owned and operated hotels catering to the Japanese comforts and this hotel wasn’t it. This is first non Japanese hotel I have stayed at. I have to say that i prefer Japanese friendliness and full Japanese comfort. I did not get that with this hotel. FThe breakfast staff was fantastic… they worked extremely hard while staying friendly and warm to keep the breakfast buffet on point.

Very clean and spacious room. Including a hallway closet and sofa. There’s also a waterfall / rainfall shower head!! Very close walking distance to stations and 7-11 / lawsons / family mart all near by open 24/7. So even if the little restaurants are closed these stores will keep you fed

The property is very clean, there are lots of amenities in the room, it’s close to the airport and the staff is very friendly & welcoming. I loved that otorii station was only a 4 minute walk away, it made the commute to places throughout Tokyo very convenient. Next time I stay in Tokyo I’ll definitely be staying here again, I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel and accommodations are very modern and clean. I also appreciated that the guest room side of my floor had a card key swipe door for additional security. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is three minutes from a train station which is super convenient, though as I’m sure you understand it’s a bit outside of main city so about 30-40 minutes by train to lots of popular attractions and can be frequently crowded with folks trying to make it to Haneda airport. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient and easy to use as well! Definitely recommend!
