Perfect location super close to Tokyo Station. The room was impeccable, clean, roomy. Great view of the station. Easy walk to multiple restaurants. Only thing to be aware of is the restaurant the staff recommended requires reservations FAR in advance! We stumbled upon a traditional grill fish place with zero other tourists. It was excellent!

I really enjoyed my stay at Marunouchi Hotel. This is my second time visiting and everything is perfect. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They are always so willing to help and even go downstairs with me for to show me the taxi station. It’s right next to the Tokyo station and the business district so transportation and shopping are so convenient. I’m sure I’ll definitely visit again and enjoy the amazing location and service again. Thanks.

Even after studying all the reviews and YouTube videos, Marunouchi Hotel exceeded our expectations. Very happy with our stay here. If I was to visit Tokyo again, I would pay more for a larger room (meaning, the very largest room they have!)

It is a 4 star hotel! The room just remodeled. I like the bathroom—- new, clean, and modern look. They offer good quality bath stuffs. Also comes with tea/coffee bar with different type of cup sets. The only one thing to mention is the room is a little bit of crowded if you have big suitcases. The breakfast is good to try, too.

Have stayed here twice. Nice hotel in a great location. Central and convenient. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and great. Rooms are small; if you want to open up suitcases or walk around the bed, you’ll want to upgrade rooms.

Great location. Nice hotel. Great location. Would stay again. A few downsides: rooms are very small (typical for Japanese hotels but if you want to open your suitcase or walk around the beds, you can’t do this in the standard rooms; you’ll need to upgrade). Bathrooms have indoor windows which illuminate the bedroom when the bathroom light is turned on.

The location is perfect, just next to Tokyo station where you are accessible to all different metro lines. The room is spacious, clean with the modern hardware (eg type C charging port) you need. Breakfast is great. The only disadvantage is that you can still hear the train a bit despite the soundproof wall, if you are sensitive to noise, you may need to use earplugs.
