Lux hotel in a great location

This place was so luxurious but for an affordable price. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny. They have multiple onsite restaurants. Just know they close around 8:30 or 9 pm. The rooms were fantastic. The only issues were the beds were very hard and the elevator doors don't seem to have sensors. They close very fast and they closed on me and other people multiple times so you basically have to jump on to make it.

The room was spacious, the location is a few minutes walk from the station which is not bad, away from the crowd. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Good hotel that could have been Excellent

Service, location, convenience rated Excellent in my books, but I rated it an overall Good because the rooms definitely need to be updated. I imagine this hotel was the shining jewel of Shinjuku when it opened in 1971, but the sparkle has left since then. You can't beat the amenities, numerous restaurant options (quite expensive though), but the dated and almost faded tan color palette of the room decor made it feel old. With so many hotel options, there is no reason why Keio cannot reclaim its status of years' past. The 7/11 too was a god-send for quick and cheap snacks and tasty Japanese foods.

Amazing hotel in a great area. Especially if you are looking for a good size room. We traveled from the US with 2 teenage boys and had 2 connecting rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was decent size and very clean. Best about this hotel is its location in the Shinjuku area. Close to Shinjuku train station. Bus service to Narita airport several times a day. Pick up available at the hotel and very affordable.

The location is perfect, 7 mins to central train station. The hotel restaurants had good food options but surrounding areas were challenging with certain dietary needs. Lots of pork and beef options for the meat eaters.
