Very clean and comfortable, respectful staff. My only issue was the language barrier, it would’ve been nice if the staff spoke more English which has become a common language between people

Everything was great, the hotel was in a spectacular location, next to the station and so many different restaurants and shopping places. Everything was clean, lobby was amazing, and service was excellent. Would love to stay here again.

Hotel was enormous with lots of amenities. It’s far enough away for the action that the evenings were quiet, but close enough that we could walk back from our evenings out without having to worry about transportation. Room was comfortable and no complaints

Great location and comfort
Fantastic. The location is great- about an easy 7 minute walk to Shinjuku station with plenty of things to see and do in the area. It is in a quieter part of Shinjuku. The room itself was perfect for two people. Spacious and clean. Recommended. I’d stay again

The hotel was average in my book. For Japan, the room and bathroom was large. Loved the sturdy mattress! The view to the Gov. Metropolitan Building was a plus bec every night we got to see the light show while we ate dinner in our room. But the towels were like sandpaper, painful to dry off my face and body.
