New Business Hitel.
I prefer to stay near Tokyo Station Yaesu entrance when on business in the city. The hotel is about a thirty minute walk to the station but only a few minutes ti the Hibiya line station. The area is safe and convenient.

LOVELY HOTEL
It was great overall. Room was small but our pre-travel research shows this is normal for Japan. The only thing I am baffled about is that our room is opposite a “staff room”. Each morning when I opened my room door, I can see the rubbish laying everywhere outside my door. I even had bags of rubbish right by my door. I have never experienced anything like it. All hotels clean rooms in the mornings and usually you see a trolley and a staff. To open your front door each morning to walk through huge amount of rubbish to get to the elevator, is surely an unsightly experience.

This is definitely not a four star hotel. I know it is Japan and space is very limited but we can barely fit luggage, let alone have them open for our stuff. We wanted to upgrade to a larger room, but none of the staff spoke English. At the end of the day, the front desk quoted me extremely ridiculous price (like 3-4x what we paid for) and told us we need to pay the info and not be able to get a credit for the room we have already paid for. Location is convenient if you love going to the fish market in the morning to avoid the crowd

First of all, I've been to Japan 4 times. This is the 8th hotel I've stayed in, while in Japan. This hotel is nicely situated, very quiet area, considering it's near busy Tsukiji and Ginza. Train station is at least a 10-minute walk. But if you like walking, it’s a great area to walk leisurely, with a lot of interesting places to see along the way to and from the station and hotel. Taxi cabs are abundant, will cost you 500 yen for a drop off at the nearest train station. A few convenience stores (7eleven, lawson, family mart) are situated near the hotel. Check-in was done fast. Friendly staff and very helpful. Staff speaks good English, a big plus. We booked the Family Twin Room for 6 nights. Room is a good size room for 4 people. It has a separate toilet (a must for a family of 4). Room has a closet with door. Other smaller rooms only has hooks on wall. The refrigerator is too small, smaller than the usual personal size. Cannot fit more than 4 regular size water bottles. The pillows are really small, half the size of the standard pillows. There were throw pillows added, which I think are useless for sleeping. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are disappointing, not good quality. They lack that wonderful smell I was expecting based on my experience staying in Japan hotels.

Whilst the hotel was nice and the view from our room beautiful, we found the staff very inflexible and not very accommodating. I booked 5 lots of accomodation this trip and accidentally forgot to add that my children would be staying in our room (I booked a room with two beds and forgot to add the kids). When I arrived, I was happy to pay the surcharge for my children for the 3 nights we were staying (I booked and paid for 4 because we landed early in the morning), however they didn’t even want to give us extra linen or towels when I called reception when we got back to our hotel room at night, and had said that I told them in the morning that the two beds would be enough. My husband needed to work late at night and wasn’t allowed to sit in an empty meeting room and had to sit in the foyer in an uncomfortable chair despite two rooms being empty. The hotel was 20mins walk away from the buzzy area of Ginza, but we felt a little disappointed by the hotel service, especially being our first stop on our trip!

Create place to stay with lots is dining options. Not much shopping in walking distance. The Tsukiji market is wonder and has great food and souvenir options. Downside is that it is a bit of a tourist trap with high price on almost anything you can find. If cost is your your concern then you will definitely enjoy the quality food.
