Easy to find. Connected to the Shiodome underground station which offers an array of shops and eateries. Check in was quick. Room was clean. Door to bathroom opened outward. TV with one channel in English. Unable to watch the news to keep up to date on current events. Complimentary drinks and snacks were extremely limited in options. For example, commercial cookie and two hard candies. Tea was free but coffee incurred a $3 per cup fee. Hot water for tea wasn’t always available. Appeared to be geared for cheap wine and fruit juice. Complimentary accessories available in the lobby if one forgot something or wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee in the room. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner and bottled water. Provided incorrect information for luggage delivery service to the airport but the front desk staff did help locate specific snacks we were looking for. Great front desk service. Taxis noted available out front. Starbucks in the building. Would come here again.

Had a very difficult time checking in on first day as the front desk clerk insisted that they are following policy of Expedia the 3 rooms I booked should be in different names. Since Expedia did not informed me of such policy, I was put on the spot when the hotel would not allow me to check in unless I settle the matter directly with Expedia. The issue was between the hotel and Expedia, but I was the one caught in the middle. What a bummer!

Hotel is a bit far from some of the main areas but can be reached easily by train. It is beautifully and connected to second floor walkway that connects to other buildings. If you do not speak Japanese do not try calling the hotel, they only hang up on you. I tried multiple times before my stay to confirm my reservation and each time i was hung up on. I used travelocity to book my stay and called them to confirm which was also not accurate. This resulted in me booking two extra rooms i didn't need. The rooms are small as expected for Japan. They provide toiletries and sleepware if you need it. Bathrooms are not extravagant, quite the opposite, but they are effective and clean.

I don’t know why Expedia says the hotel has no elevator, which is incorrect. Shiodome may not be the most convenient location like Shinjuku or Shibuya, but it still offers very convenient access to all the popular destinations via the Oedo metro line. The hotel is right above the metro station and within a short walk to Shimbashi station. The hotel is clean, has self-service laundry facilities, and vending machines on guest floors. The staff are super helpful.
