The location is great right by Shinjuku Station. Rooms are small but I guess expected for Tokyo.

We stayed here with a group tour & on the last 4 nights we were on our own here & downgraded our room as it was double the amount for a smaller room. The smaller room was quite cramped as the bed was up against the wall.

Great place as it is on route with the Narita airport limousine bus service so made it easy to get to. Hotel has a great location as we walked to everything in Shinjuku. Close to the train station and family mart across the street. They had a great area of toiletries and coffee/teas you could help yourself to if you so wish. Was a great hotel would totally stay here again!

The hotel is right by the Shinjuku station. Very walkable to Uniqlo and other establishments. Parking is also easy and reserved. Would definitely book here again.

It was very close to the JR train station and lots of restaurants and nightlife, but still very quiet. The breakfast was excellent with many options in the buffet. The room was quite small, but there was a spacious lobby for anyone who wants to hang out at the hotel. Unfortunately, the bar and restaurant were closed during the holiday, but there were plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance.

Great hotel

Really great hotel. Good location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Strong hot water for nice shower at end of a day. Great laundry machines and system to show which level has machines available. Helpful that there is an Airport Limo bus stop at the hotel too.

Perfect location near Shinjuku Station. The airport limousine bus stops here at various times during the day or it is a five minute walk to the bus terminal / NEX train. Some rooms are a little small, I could almost reach across the room from side to side. There is a hot water pot and refrigerator in the room.
