All the staff were nice. Very clean. A lot of free stuffs in the lobby. What I did not like is the bed and the pillows. As if We were laying on a box spring and I don’t know how to describe the pillow. It was hard and not comfortable at all.

A curved shower curtain rod, or setting the existing curtain rod an inch or two out will go a long way in creating space in the shower area with compromising lavatory space.

Les chambres sont petites. Pas la place d’ouveir une valise. Le robinet de douche restait coincé à une position trop chaude pour moi. Impossible de baisser davantage. Localisation proche de Shinjuku, mais dans un secteur plus tranquille. La liaison de métro avec Shinjuku n’est pas facile.

Great Hotel, very friendly staff, location is amazing, very close to Higashi Shinjuku station and the lines at that station take you to a lot of the popular places like central shinjuku, shibuya, ginza and connect to any other lines you’ll need too, 7/11, Lawsons and CoCo curry house are also very close! Great hotel will be staying here again on my next visit!

We enjoyed our 4-night stay at Sotetsu Fresa Higashi Shinjuku. The rooms were very clean and very quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk stsff were very friendly and helpful. The room size was great for such a reasonably priced big city hotel.

Would stay again and recommend. Super convenient location (literally 15 step to the Hagashi-Shinjuku metro station), and a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku proper. The staff are super lovely and I feel safe having my luggage stored for 5 hours there on my last day. Clean and I enjoyed having two sets of towels instead of one at another hotel.
