La chambre était minuscule avec un troisième lit qui n’était même pas la grandeur d’un lit simple. On aurait cru que la température était de 30 degré sans clim tellement c’était chaud dans la chambre avec aucune possibilité d’ouvrir une fenêtre de de diminuer le chauffage.

There wasn’t much air movement in the room and there was no option to open a window. Very disappointed that hotel staff do not provide support with booking restaurant reservations. We could hear people coughing in adjacent rooms.

Excellent location, friendly but they never offered us the free toiletries. We witnessed being offered to other guests however. Considering we stayed for 10 days we thought they would offer at least once. For the amount we paid you would have thought it would be more readily available.

Super well located in the heart of Ginza, with many convenient subway connections to other must-see districts in Tokyo. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast totally worth it, with an amazing spread of both Japanese and Western foods, this was definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I had lately. French deco hotel decor/theme is quirky and so interesting amidst ultra-modern Tokyo! Would definitely stay at this Monterey hotel again in the future :)

Nice location. Quiet part of Ginza but still accessible. Hotel rooms are small. We got an inside connecting room. It was tiny but at par for hotels in tokyo. Bed is comfortable. Room in general is comfortable, but showing signs of wear. Front desk is efficient. They are strict on key return.

Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet, good-sized room. Convenient location, walkable. Cons: Check-in area/process small, crowded, inefficient. Staff could be friendlier. Had to ask for room change because someone was clearly smoking profusely on floor of original room. Older hotel needs refurbishing.

Perfect Location

Great location near the best shopping and multiple subway lines. Clean comfortable. Like many hotel rooms in Japan, they're small. Nice pajamas!
