Great location minutes from Ikebukuro station for easy access to transportation, shopping and restaurants. Safe neighborhood. The Airport Limousine leaves right from hotel to airport. Lobby and rooms are very clean though maybe slightly outdated.

When we checked in they put our family on unlucky 13th floor. We requested to be reassigned but they requested addition payment to change floor. We went to our floor noticed mothball odor. Then went to room and it was worst. We complained and they said nothing they could do and they were unaware of the problem. Then one staff told us they had a complaint yesterday for same odor. So I confronted manager and he apologized and relocated us and put us on different floor when they had earlier said no rooms were available. The mothball odor (paradichlorobenzene) is a known human carcinogen.

The location is fantastic, right near the Ikebukuru station. Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet, I loved the extra thought and care of providing pajamas, slippers and robes for everyone including bottled water, tea and coffee. Would highly recommend this hotel for convenience, outstanding customer service and cleanliness.

We love the location and its our second time staying in this hotel. It was easy to get around to places from the hotel train station is less than 5 mins away.
