East wing rooms have aged and it shows in a few things such as the toilet bowls that are not flushing correctly, or carpets that retain tiny odors. The staff is the excellent, the room service and food options are great. I would stay here again.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area near many subway lines making it an excellent option for those who plan to take the subway. The bar is stocked with excellent brands of alcohol. The breakfast buffet gives a nice mix of Western breakfast and Japanese breakfast options. The room is small, but when you are in Tokyo you shouldn’t plan to stay in your hotel that much. There is so much to do and see. We would stay here again when we return to Tokyo.

Another wonderful hotel our family had the pleasure of staying at during our Japan adventure trip! Top-notch hotel with good value! Updated with plenty of amenities and conveniently located near Tokyo Sky Dome. Comfortable beds, pajamas, and clean rooms. The best part of it all were the hotel staff; incredibly courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. As visitors from US, we felt so welcomed. We truly appreciated all the assistance with navigating our trip ( ie hotel check in, travel/food advice, ordering us our taxi to the Narita airport). We highly recommended this hotel! 5/5 stars!

I thought the hotel was very good just a few things I did not like. I paid for everything up front but was charged a separate tax at the hotel that I was not aware of. I believe it was like $28 dollars but I should have been made aware. I also asked for a courtesy late check out for an extra hour and was advised it was going to be $40 .....very petty after we just stayed nine nights.
