The hotel was very nice overall. The staff was super helpful nearly all of the time. The room was clean and bright. Housekeepers even folded our laundry. The restaurants are VERY nice (Expensive) and we were very underdressed. Close to transit options to go nearly anywhere. It is a little longer of a walk to elevators. 7/11 is right next door for snacks/drinks and other restaurants are close. We will possibly stay here again, just modify expectations. My two issues; First, I had booked a room that had 5 beds, but our room only had 4. When I inquired about the "missing" bed, the front desk informed me that there isn't a 5th bed that we could get, and the rooms don't have those. I would not have booked at this hotel if I had known that we were going to have to double bunk every single night. It is frustrating enough to share a bed with a toddler, it is more so on a Twin mattress. Second, luggage delivery service to the airport. Our first inquiry about it they told us 2 days prior to departure. When we stopped at the front desk to double check 2 days prior, the agent said 1500 the next day would be fine to meet our departure and get luggage to the airport. When we went to drop of our luggage at the new time, we were told that now we couldn't and were supposed to do it the day prior. Now we needed to carry all of our bags for 5 people to Haneda on the trains. Very inconvenient, especially since we were leaving so late and expected to spend the day out in one of the districts.

In my opinion one of the best hotels in Tokyo. Rooms are nice, great area in quiet part of tokyo. They also store your bags. I had asked to store mine for a few weeks and had booked another reservation they said no problem and took care of everything.

Hotel is within 10-15min walking distance to at least 3 train lines, yet at a quiet neighboirhood with quite a few good dining options. My family stayed 6 nights in a big room that is clean and spaciois, and I appreciated the laundry room with 8 clean washer/dryer, a comfortable seating area, 2 vending machines, microwave oven and washing area. If there is one thing to improve, it is the gym that is beside laundry room at level 4 - it only has 3 threadmills and nothing else.

The staff is extremely friendly and personable. Rooms are small and hotel was a bit toasty in the hallways. Felt like stepping into a furnace getting off the elevator. Also loved the access to laundry facilities and 10 minute walk to subway / trains.

We stayed here while doing our honeymoon in Tokyo and while the hotel room was spacious, clean, and staff was great, they were doing construction at the time of our stay, and it was quite noisy during the day. It wasn’t the worst considering we were out during most of the day, but if you’re going to be staying here and working remotely, it’s something to call and ask about.
