This hotel was very nice and close to the airport. But you couldn’t hear the planes, it was quiet. The rooms were actually spacious and clean. The only thing is the pillows are very weird. Other than that great! You can pay extra to extend your checkout time and extra for breakfast or dinner. Close to a family Mart and 7/11

This hotel is excellent. I’ve stayed here before many times. Free shuttle to airport. Or you can take metro for a dollar. A leisure 7 minute walk to the station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Most speak English and made check in a breeze. Plenty of dining options within a 5 minute walk. Lawsons right next door for late night snacks. Saw couple complaints about size of room. This is Tokyo. All rooms are small here. Size will cost you $$$$$. Overall, outstanding hotel. Highly recommend.

The staff are are fantastic willing to answer any questions you may jave, and guide you through anything you may need. The proximity to the Airport makes it really simple to get to your terminal in a fast timely manner. I'll take a 7 to 9 minute bus ride over a 30 minute walk anyday. The only thing i would have liked is for there to be more than one laundry facility. One laundry with 2 machines for the size of Hotel seems like too little to me.

At first glance, the property is attractive. The pictures on Expedia are alluring, and when you walk in, the lobby is nice. The staff is pleasant enough and the hotel shuttle is convenient. HOWEVER, there are quite a few cons: 1. The room is TINY. Barely any room to walk around your luggage, snd the carpet was damp. The bathroom is so small it looks like it belongs on a cruise ship, but it was clean and the bidet is nice. 2. The bed is hard as a rock. I have never felt a mattress as hard as this. 2. The box spring was uncovered and had stains from some sort of liquid, I pray it wasn’t pee. 3. We asked for a late checkout and they wanted to charge 100 yen for each extra hour. I was shocked that they didn’t offer at least one extra hour as a courtesy. 4. The breakfast buffet is extremely limited, and what they do have is not good. I ate watermelon and left the rest on my plate as it was inedible. 5. Five minutes before checkout time, a voice came over a LOUDSPEAKER in our room demanding that we get out. I’ve never experienced anything like it. All in all, I won’t stay here again and do not recommend.
