Great location
Hotel had a great location in Shinjuku. Less than a 10 minute walk to the station, which provides transport links to anywhere you might want to get to in Tokyo. Hotel was good - the rooms were nice, and the amenities as expected. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but had a large variety of foods and set us up well for days with lots of walking. Wished we had explored the building more, since there was a food hall, karaoke lounge, etc.

I stayed here for my last 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel was great. View from my room was amazing! I didn’t realize the area I was in before doing my research. I’ve heard pretty bad reviews in regards to the area, well mainly across the street from the hotel and of course you had some that was out all night. But I was able to walk about and felt pretty safe even late at night. Some sketchy behavior with some. But there is a police box around the corner and the police was out heavily in the area. Overall, loved it!

The property itself was very clean and the room while not huge was spacious and comfortable. There is a Starbucks at the bottom of the hotel which is very convenient. The area around the hotel is know for the night scene which leads to dirty and trash around the street. And various drunk people during the night and day. There are a lot of bars and restaurants close by the hotel. And the train station is walking distance.

The hotel itself is fun and quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is very bustling, in a Times Square kind of way. A but seedy, but that is to be expected. It is lively and packed with people, which is its vibe.

My husband and I stayed here for our first time visit to Tokyo and it was perfect. The airport limousine from Haneda happened to arrive right at the front door of the hotel which was really convenient. The location is super central and easy walking distance to explore the Shinjuku area and also to the train station. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect - spacious, modern and clean, with a super comfortable king bed. We stayed during the weekend and whilst Shinjuku was packed, there was no noise in the room at all at level 35. Couldn’t have asked for anything more - perfect!

Amazing location and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Direct shuttle bus to and forth airport. My room has an amazing view of the whole Tokyo skyline and overlooking SHINJUKU. Equipments all new and well maintained. Would definitely come back next time.
