While the hotel is situated in a very busy and noise area, the guest rooms are at least 8 floors up and that helped with the noise control. We were on the 25th floor with a awesome view and it makes you feel like you’re in a different world

Shinjuku Gracery Hotel Godzilla stay.
This is the best experience I have had in a hotel because I felt like a kid being in Godzilla’s hotel. The service is superb! My recognition to Liu (lovely lady). She was so warm and professional. She helped me with rates from the Shinjuku Gracery hotel website when I book directly from them. The Godzilla theme is out of this world! The elevators, lounge, the Godzilla head and everything blew my mind. The rooms are perfect. Money well invested.

Careful when traveling with children. This property abuts red light area. Irritating solicitations when walking around. Convenient to subway and JR trains. We stayed for 5 nights. They didn’t change linen even once. Not to mention rooms are tiny. Annoying to not have a closet in the room.

I loved this hotel! The location was amazing, in the heart of Shinjuku and easy to spot because of how tall it is and the godzilla head on the side. The area around is alive and full of places to eat and see. I definitely reccomend to include breakfast with your stay, as it was delicious and had many options!

Nice hotel. Kept up well. They have a magnet to put on your door if you want your room cleaned that day which is convenient. Is like a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 2 minute walk if you take the limousine bus from the airport to Kabukicho tower. Loys of stores and restaurants close by. Even a disney store within a 10 min walk. 3 different arcades right across the street.the bus station to disneyland and disney sea is also across the street from the train station.

From Shinjuku station it's a very easy 5 min walk to the hotel. From the east gate you walk straight by the Shinjuku cat, past Don Quijote and then you can't miss the big Godzilla watching over the buildings. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. When we had a hard time finding a taxi, Yogi from the concierge made some fast phone calls and solved our problems with a smile. The rooms are very clean but on the smaller side. Too bad the Godzilla head was closed off for maintenance during our whole stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel was near Shinjuku station which made transportation very easy. This area was very crowded, had lots of places to eat and shop. I wouldn't recommend for family with small children because there were lots of drunks and the streets were filled with litter.
