Rooms are small, appliances are outdated such as the tv. All rooms are at a hard limit of 100v wall plugs, so no charging your computer if it requires more.

Great location

Great location, Shinjuku is perfect location for hub Despite it is very close to the reglight and nightlife district everything is very safe and convenient Room is good but did not feel 20+ m2 Sound isolation way pretty decent One thing i hate is the location of shower head holder. It is not above on the bathtub so it is useless as a holder. You still need to hold it yourself.

Great place to stay.

This hotel is very well situated in the heart of Shinjuku. Although the room was very small, everything was in great shape and worming fine. Great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. There is a nice bar with a good selection of japanese whiskey. We did not eat breakfast there because of the high price. I was there for 5 nights with my wife and our son. Overall I would recommend this hotel any day.

My daughter and I enjoyed our 5 night stay at Hotel Gracery. When selecting this hotel I was drawn by others reviews about the hotel being close to transportation. It’s an 11 min walk from the most busiest train station in Tokyo. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and the room amenities was a plus. My only dislike is that outside the hotel reminds of the Las Vegas strip.

If you want to see all of what Tokyo has to offer shinjuku is a great choice. Hotel Gracery with the massive Godzilla head is distinct and easy to find really close to metro so going out to shibuya, Akihabara, and other surrounding areas is never too far away. The hotel itself has so many options for food and entertainment nearby that if you need a day to relax you can. The deep soak bath tub was a godsend after a day of exploring the city.

Great hotel in a very central busy area. Restaurants are everywhere and the trains were very close by. The rooms are small but as I was traveling by myself it was fine. I think multiple people and multiple bags is tight but doable if you store stuff under the bed! Housekeeping situation worked out great for me as all I really wanted was clean towels which were left for me outside my room daily. The area around the hotel is exremely busy and very noisy so if you are looking for serenity this area is not for you! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone hoping to stay in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo.

There is no access to the Godzilla head. We booked this hotel for the opportunity to see it up close, but has been closed for years- terrace was listed on Expedia so we thought it would be open to guests. We got a regular non themed room and it was just like any other hotel we stayed at, but for a higher price.

Great location.

Went for the Godzilla gimmick. Upgraded to the Top Floor for full Godzilla effect. Nope. Just a few posters and a Godzilla tissue box. Also the Godzilla observation deck was closed. No Godzilla show.
