The room was clean and nice, the setup wasn't ideal with the way the furniture was dated and there really wasn't many places to put clothes for a long stay. The bathroom was clean just dated. But the cleaning staff left clean towels daily.

Dirty room. Not likely to return.

The room photos are very deceiving on your website. The furniture looks worn and dated. Our room specifically had furniture that was very scratched up and looks like in need of replacement. The sofa bed that was pulled out may have been broken. We tried to fold it back up to be a sofa but wouldn’t fold back up. Doing this also exposed how dirty the carpet was underneath the sofa. It looks like it wasn’t cleaned for weeks. There was crumbs and also an opened medicine box from the previous hotel guests. The bathroom needs some better cleaning or just to re grout the tub and also the counters by the sink. It looks like some of the white grout started to show stains or spots of mildew. We were only here for a night and had plans right when we checked in. We got back later in the evening and by the time we discovered how dirty the sofa was under the couch we already unpacked our kids stuff and it was just too much to try and move to another room. Our kids were tired and so were we. We probably won’t stay here again the next time we come back to Ginza. The only positive experience we had was the staff was extremely nice and tried to help us out in changing to a new room but due to our short stay we couldn’t take advantage of changing rooms. Honestly I wish they would have just offered some sort of room discount at that point but I’m not sure if that’s something they do in Japan.

The property is centrally located. Easy to get in and out. Clean. Good breaks buffet. Washer and dryer on site. Shops and restaurants all around. I would recommend this place for 1st time visitors

Nice hotel but awful beds.

Great service. Great location. Moderate sized room (still too small to open luggage without it getting in the way). The beds are rock hard, which is bad for anyone but back sleepers. If the beds were softer, this review would have improved immensely.
