Satisfied stay

It was our second time to stay at this hotel. Location is close to the Tokyo Station, restaurants, shopping malls, and convenience stores. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Artem, Wenyi, and all the other staffs for such a wonderful experience.

Excellent location, between 2 different train lines, and a short walk from Tokyo station and the main shopping street at Ginza. Rooms are small but that is expected for Tokyo. Staff speak English and are very polite.

Old and Small

Old days Japanese style, combination of dark colour wall and black carpet, very tight room size, tiny bathroom. 15 mins walk to Tokyo Marunouchi station or 15 mins walk to Ginza shopping street. Confusing google map not properly direct us to the hotel. The only benefit is, there is direct train line from/to Narita or Haneda Airport.

Rooms are a bit squeezy but the location is great and the staff wonderful. Free coffee all day, free alcohol and udon in the evening, nice Japanese breakfast included makes really good value.

Good location a short walk from Tokyo Station and just beside 2 different train lines, making getting around a breeze. Rooms are small but pretty standard for central Tokyo. If you are a tall person you will find it a squeeze. But everything is clean and comfortable. There is some free food and drinks in the lobby in the evenings. Staff is very polite.

The Hotel SUI is a property that carries the ABEST brand. While it is centrally located in the Kyobashi area of Ginza, the property is a long but paved walk from the Tokyo Station Yaesu exit. Make sure you factor in the walking time of around 20-30min when planning for departure journeys to trains and the airport. On check-in, we encountered a major problem. The room originally assigned to us on the top 9th floor was checked-in by reception to another guest. Of course, we were not happy with the stuff-up since this error may have resulted in security breaches and mistaken identity issues. However, I would have rated this property a 4 out of 5. The reception staff was very apologetic and went out of his way to rectify the situation to our satisfaction, e.g. complimentary drinks from the bar. During our two-nights stay, food and drinks were provided in abundance. Worthy of note, the Japanese-style breakfast was personally prepared fresh and hot by hotel staff. Our room located on the fourth floor was quite small by Australian standards but was good enough for a comfortable night of sleep after a hectic day of activities. We had peaceful and quiet nights, and had no issues with outside noise. The wi-fi connection was easy to access and fast for a small hotel of about 37 rooms. Overall, I recommend this property for budget travellers who want to get the most out of their hard-earned money.

아주 싼 가격에 도쿄의 긴자 거리와 매우 가까운 곳에 지낼 수 있어서 너무 좋습니다. staff 들은 다들 친절하시고 하루종일 coffee 와 tea 를 무료로 마실 수 있으며 happy hour 에는 술도 무료이고 6-8 사이에는 소바를 저녁으로 제공을 해줍니다. 객실안이 좁고 건물을 낡았지만 지하철역에서 가깝고 주위의 거리는 안전하여서 좋았습니다.

10/10 Amazing stay, great location and awesome staff! This was my first time in Tokyo and I was lucky enough to book the last room. They offered a lot of things to make the stay more enjoyable - FREE soba, drinks, bathroom amenities and MORE. The location is perfect for venturing out and seeing the other cities/prefectures as it is strategically placed by the train stations. I just really want to emphasize how awesome the staff was - especially Wenyi and Yuki who were the two individuals that really made my stay feel complete. Both were very welcoming, polite and professional. They gave me information about the surrounding areas on great places to eat, sights to see and where to shop! They both really went above and beyond for the company and made my stay very memorable. お疲れ様! I would recommend this hotel to others and will be back again one day. Thank you!
