The front desk staff was very helpful. We found the toiletry table helpful. It was easy to get into and out of the hotel and also easy to get to the nearby train stations. Our room and the hallways and the elevator and the lobby were all nice and clean which we always very much appreciate. If anything, an improvement could be made on the condition of the bed mattress and pillows... we've had better and softer & likewise a better sleep.
