We loved that the accomodation was in a multicultural area of town, surrounded by lots of different food options (eg. Korean, Vietnamese, Turkish, Indian, etc). There was an abundance of combinis around, and a small supermarket underneath the hotel. The hotel was within walking distance to Okubo station and Shin-Okubo station, 1 stop away from Shinjuku station OR you could walk 20 mins to the main Shinjuku shops around Shinjuku station. The staff were very helpful whenever we had questions. The only downside was the laundry. Although the laundry room was free to use, there were only 3 operational dryers which ran for over 3hrs each drying cycle. After waiting over an hour in the laundry room for a dryer to become free, we gave up. The location of the laundry room was also a little inconvenient to get to.

First time traveller to Tokyo. My family (of 6) spent 8 days in and around Tokyo late March 2025. We stayed at their room for 6 with bunk beds. The accommodations were great for this trip - appreciated the setup of the 6 beds, views, kitchen area, combo washer/dryer and service. The distance of the property to the main Shinjuku train station, shopping/dining might be a problem for some (15-20 min walk) but it wasn't for us. Overall, recommend this property especially for 1st time visitors!

The size of this room was amazing in Tokyo. We had space which was lovely after being squished together for a week of traveling. Staff was very helpful and polite (as was every Japanese person we encountered— a lovely culture). Some parts of the hotel needed some love - peeling wallpaper in several places. I would stay here again - close to the train and the beds were very comfortable.

This hotel is very closely located to the JR lines Chuo-Sobu and Yamonte. There's a lot of little restaurants and places to eat nearby. The hotel is clean and the staff and very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved is better signage to find the hotel. There's a building with hundred in the name around the corner that you'll walk by if you're coming from the subway station, you need to go to the corner, turn right and then it's just past the anytime fitness.

Hotel was excellent. Was clean, renovated, had lots of toiletry amenities (single use sachet of lotion, face wash, shaving foam, etc) which was key because I forgot my facewash. Location is very convenient, with supermarket, restaurants, and two train stations nearby. I even had a room with a view of the sunrise over Tokyo Skytree. The laundry facility was free, with even detergent provided. It was a pleasantly great stay. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hundred Stay Shinjuku. We have a family of four that include two teenage children. The 4 person accommodations with the large king and two twin beds was perfect. Everyone was comfortable and had enough room to spread out. The kitchen area was a lifesaver every morning for easy breakfast before a long day. We were able to visit the grocery store adjacent to the property, as well as the MANY convenience stores within walking distance. This was helpful since many restaurants do not open for breakfast until 10-11 AM. The property is located walking distance to the Shin Okubo station, so getting around using railway is easy once you get the hang of it! The location is just far enough away from the real hustle and bustle of the busier parts of Shinjuku and Harajuku, but walking distance or by rail. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect place to stay for us!

Hotel is in a good location near subway and lots of dining options. Staff was sooo nice and helpful! They went out of their way to help me transport my luggage to Kyoto. My luggage could not be transported easily to my next destination so the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to find another luggage transport company for me. He was so kind and helpful. Great Stay in Tokyo

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location, close to public transportation. The room was clean and quite. Everyday we received fresh towels and water bottles. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also loved or view! If we ever return to Tokyo we will definitely stay here.

Central location. 3 min. Walk to the stations with lots of food options around the hotel. Grocery store right across the street. Rooms are great size

Great hotel. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything, even forwarding on a baby blanket we accidentally left behind. Lovely clean room, very quiet and would stay again!
