Quite literally the best hotel ive been to beside an airport, usually airport hotels are horrible because you just need to sleep quickly if you miss or change a flight but wow the stores beside it, the area around is amazing , highly recommend 11/10 honestly a oerfect hotel.

Beautiful hotel overall, easy to access to Haneda Airport just one stop to terminal 3 by monorail. The hotel is just in front of the monorail station. Will be a repeat guest.

Convenient stay for early flight

Stayed one night at Hotel Metropolitan before flying home early the next day from Haneda. Short walk from train or metro station. Lift to reception. Check-in via kiosk. Staff were available to assist , if required. Room small but large enough for solo traveller, maybe be a bit cosy for a couple & luggage. Room was clean. Usual amenities. There is a restaurant in the hotel , prices appeared high. Plenty of dining options in the surrounding area. Easy access to monorail & travel to Haneda airport. Hotel Metropolitan suited purpose for short stay before flight.

Great property, with bigger rooms and good amenities. Their airport shuttle bus was helpful for our early morning flight, it took less than 10 minutes to get to the airport. Could maybe provide a kettle in the room for some warm water.

Free airport shuttle is a scam. Yes, there is a shuttle, BUT only from hotel to airport, and only in the morning, and first come first served for a 12 seat vehicle. In addition, the hotel gave 2 options to get there from the airport: train or taxi. They said the taxi would take 8 minutes for 800 yen. Actual cost was 2300 yen.
