The staff was excellent the service was phenomenal. There is a mall nearby and the Daiba area is very walkable. There’s also a train station right outside of the hotel, so if this is your first time in Japan, I highly recommend booking here. The facilities are spectacular.

Second time we have stayed at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, loved it the first time, so we had to go back. Close to two train lines, close proximity to shopping and restaurants, and amazing views from the hotel.

While the property was clean and beautiful, it was difficult to communicate with them. When our flight was delayed by almost 24 hours, I messaged the property to hold our rooms via text and email. We heard nothing back and were just hoping they did not give our rooms away. Our rooms wee there, but they still charged us for the first night we missed.
