BESPOKE Shinjuku pleasantly surprised us. Everything was great about our stay. We had to get used to the tiny to space. Organizing all of our things and actually rearranging the furniture to fit our giant suitcases. Our room was for 4, 2 adults and 2 kids(9&11). We had to push the beds together so one kid could sleep in bed and then use the love seat sized chaise lounge for the other kid. We had no view, behind the curtains was half wall half lightwell. At least it was quiet. Downstairs, everything was offered, a great breakfast, great coffee, nice lounge area, umbrellas, towels to take for drying your hands, water. Very nice hotel overall. Note: its 11-12 minutes walk from any subway station. At the end of a long day, this is a struggle. However there are 3-4 lawsons, family marts, 7-11s on your way home to break up the trip.

It’s central to shops & metro. Rooms were too small. The hotel did offer complimentary drinks and snacks for the guest (Good feature). Request for late check out - incur fee up to $1000/Yen per hour. Max was allowed up to 1:00pm to check out the room.

This hotel is in a convenient location (really close to heart of Shinjuku) but the room was quite small and bleak as it has a tiny window that faced a building. Some of the staff were more friendly than others. Didn’t feel super welcoming like the other hotel I stayed in previously in Tokyo.

Happy hour alone made this accommodation next level LOL. Place was clean, modern vibe, and in a good location/proximity to Golden Gai and other night life. Would definitely stay again.
