Check in is very easy, there is a self service kiosk that you can use or you can go to the front desk and check in. The whole hotel is very clean and nice, there are 4 elevators so you don’t have to wait long if one of them is full. The rooms are unkept as well being cleaned every 3 days regardless of if you put a sign for it or not.

Comfortable Room

Small room (typical in Japan), but efficient use of space. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were flat and not soft enough. Front desk staff didn't understand English completely, but they were still helpful. It was a pretty good location--close to subway stations, restaurants, and Tokyo Tower.

APA hotel & resort Roppongi was absolutely beautiful place to stay for my solo trip of 9 days in Japan. It was a very clean environment. They gave you freah towels daily. Cleaned the room every 3 day for hygienic purposes, which I appreciate. The room was a little spacious for one may 2 people but no more than that, especially if you have bags. There is no microwave or ironing board in the rooms but both things were located by the vending machines for people to use and/or return. As far as having a place to sleep and wash up i would definitely stay here again whenever I have another visit to Japan.
