Hotel is a good one, but the rooms are too small. We barely could move around. You should’ve climbed up to the bed. There was no space between walls and the bed. Everything was good, but the space was small. For breakfast they provided a very good breakfast, but again lack of space and people should’ve lined up to get in and to have breakfast.

Very clean and the area is near restaurants, shopping malls, though a little far from train stations. APA hotels have drinking station in every floor, so you don’t need to buy bottled water. The pillows are thin and hard, very uncomfortable to use.

There were other hotels with similar names around the area so was hard to distinguish at times. Laundry machines were horrible, another guest and I had to hang dry our clothes in our room.

For someone who travels quite frequently, I was astounded and surprised by just how well ran maintained and clean the entire hotel was everything ran perfectly, and I did not have a single issue my entire time staying there if you’re looking for a great central location in Shinjuku for your stay I highly recommend them
