Staff does not speak and fully understand english. They always answer with own assumption instead of fully understanding the request. Also, they will turn off the air condition at night when inside room temperature is 27c. Lastly, laundry machine putted inside the spa/Onsen changing area which leads to people sitting on spot to wait for their laundry while playing around with their cell phone (w/camera) where people are getting naked, the area has a notice saying no cell phone and no tattoo but with no enforcement!!

I appreciate everything except for the pillows are hard and carpet floor are dirty. Airbus limousine to and from airport very convenient just across the Tokyo Kabukicho Tower. Hotel is near to the train station. I enjoyed my stay in Tokyo. Thank you.

Like: close to Shinjuku station for train, bus, subway Do not like: room facing the Kabukicho hotel did not have curtain that can block lights from the billboard that filtered through the room. The room is only semi dark, makes it difficult to sleep. ...no luggagestorage under bed
