I went here for my 30th birthday , the staff was so nice and helpful. Even though the rooms are smaller I loved the convenience of the area and the attentiveness of staff. Also close to resturaunts and short drive to Shibuya. I would come back any time

Great location. You walk 1 minute for breakfast at sister hotel. Family market open 24 hours so great for jet lag!

No sleep.

I could not sleep for the 3 nights I was there. The hotel is on a busy main road near an ambulance station, fire station and many bars. I heard sirens all night and drunk people shouting at 3-4 am every day. I asked for a quiet room and still had all this noise on the 8th floor. The noisiest room ever. There were also a couple of cleaning issues like excessive dust on the large tv.

Overall, typical hotel you can stay at in Japan. Although, it's an eco-friendly hotel and the air conditioning is centralized so, the room can get pretty warm and hot even though it's winter. We kind of just opened the window at night or turned off the AC or Heater when it gets too hot. Also, the room is a lot smaller than the other hotel I've stayed in Tokyo. So, do not be like us, we brought 2 big luggages and it was pretty tight. Other than that, it's a cozy hotel.

This place is in a pretty good location. Easy to get around and not far from the train station. The only thing I didn’t like is there is no heater so the room was pretty cold. The entrance to the rooms is open once outside air and it was in the 30s.

Extremely tiny hotel rooms

The room is tiny. The bed is extremely low. Getting into the bed and out is difficult especially for elderly or bigger individuals. The toilet entrance is raised and getting into and out of the bathroom is difficult and can cause falls: The toilet is extremely low. The breakfast is very good.
