Good value for the price. Very quiet with good night sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant a bit disappointing that the Fuji at the hotel is not consistent with the opening hours and dates. The hotel restaurant, Trattoria Itsuki has very good selection for breakfast buffet! Thank you, we will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

The bathroom was clean, but the floors, walls, and ceiling were covered in odd stains. When we asked about the availability of another cleaner room, we were shut down without an inquiry as to why. If you simply need a room to sleep in, this hotel fulfills that need for a pretty cheap price, but otherwise a slight splurge may be worth it for comfort and cleanliness.

Hotel was ok.. big issue is that AC is centralized, so you can not control it for your room. It was really hot in the room, so you either had to be as hot as in an oven, or really cold with the AC you couldn’t control. Even if you chose the AC, it would turn off after maybe 30-60 minutes? So every night I would wake up after the AC shut down, sweating again. Not a single good night of sleep because of that. Not many places nearby to roam around the hotel. Noisy if you open the window to get some air in.

The hotel was located in a dimly lit street and located on a slight hill making traveling with luggage's challenging even for a male. There were limited restaurants and eateries near the hotel. There are many eateries once your arrive at the main street areas.

Its a business hotel, rooms are small and turned down every three days. Fine fir single occupancy or short stays, your mileage will vary. Its a good bet for the budget traveller.

All in all the facilities and staff were excellent. The only issue I had were with the cleaning staff. I understand they had a mandatory cleaning every third day but they barely did anything after being very insistent on 'cleaning'. We actually were away from the hotel for a few days and when we finally got back to rest the cleaning lady kept disturbing us, even though the room hasnt been used in that time. Same cleaning lady every day so if she had half a brain cell she should have noticed it hasn't been used. I am not a man of many details but if I do the same thing everyday I would definitely notice if nothings changed going in and out of the room. Seemed like the tv was also frozen out due to this 'mandatory cleaning'. If they actually cleaned and vaccumed thats one thing but they only did the bare minimum of changing out the trash can and leaving any bottles or scraps of paper on the table, even after we did our best to accommodate them and put all our belongings in the corner so they wouldnt have to touch our stuff.

This is my father best bet I've ever slept in my life. The pillows were a disaster though like 1 cm thick. The hotel will not let you check in any earlier than 3:00 p.m.. we tried to check in at 1:00 p.m. and they said absolutely not it's 3:00 p.m. check in. I went at 2:30 and said can we check in now after exhausted traveling. They said yes for 1,000 yen. We paid it got in slept

Convenient location within short walking distance of 2 metro stations and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Room is clean and has everything you need. It is however on the small side but it is to be expected for the price paid. Only complaint is that there is only 1 lift for the entire block so it can be frustrating at busy times.
