Good airport hotel.

Hotel close to the airport and in good condition. Not much of interest in the surrounding area which is still developing. Nice facility for using the airport for continued travels. The only complaint was that the breakfast buffet meat offering needs to be expanded beyond little sausages (vienna sausages for those in the USA). On a positive note, the free hotel shuttle every hour was appreciated but could use an improvement for luggage transport instead of the main passenger area.

We have stayed there many times. This visit we had no hot water, the air conditioner was LOUD and did not work well. The tv was VERY difficult to use and when on was not audible. I hope they can remediate this because we used to like staying there.

The hotel was nice and clean. My front desk and staff experience while down in the lobby was stellar. My front desk experience once I was in the room was poor. They made me wait for items promised much longer than was reasonable, forgot requests, etc.

This hotel is in an isolated area, without surrounding restaurants. The hotel restaurant, and small snack purchase area are overpriced, but there are no other alternatives to choose from, within a resonable walking distance. The hotel restaurant has closed times during the day that were inconvenient. My shower had no hot water, and both lights next to the bed did not work. The property felt penny-pinching/ cheap to me, as they don't provide any drinking water, they didn't provide hot water, there is no refrigerator in the room, and the food and snacks were too expensive. This hotel was utilitarian for me, as it is next to the airport and has an airport shuttle.

This was a fine place to stay before our early morning flight out of PTY. Keep in mind that the airport shuttle operates every hour on the hour only. So we took an Uber which took 15 mins and cost $11 USD. So it's close to the airport, but not that close.
