I booked a luxury suit for 6 payed upfront. When I got there they said it wasn’t available. They sold it to other guest. Offered me 2 rooms to communicate . I took the rooms because it was late. The rooms looked dirty and unready. Not professionally cleaned only had clean sheets and toilet paper. The rest of the rooms were dirty.

Spacious rooms - ours had 2 floors and the staff kindly added a single bed on the lower floor. We had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. The place was clean and quiet. Several restaurants were a quick walk from the hotel.
