Upon checking in I asked if we could check out a little late because our cruise port checkin was late. She said we could do 12, instead of 11. When I asked if she could write it somewhere, she changed her mind and said I couldn’t do it. She acted as if she never said it. When we checked in we were exhausted and went right to sleep. The next morning I noticed there were four or five pubic hairs at the top of the shower and a lot of dirt. It was clearly not cleaned. I also noticed that the sink had a bunch of yucky goopy stuff caked on around the faucet. We were scheduled to stay here a second time at the end of our cruise, but I asked if we could get a refund for that day. It did not meet our standards for cleanliness. The lady said to have Expedia call her because she cannot do anything about it because we booked with a third party. I did as I was told. Expedia said they refused to sign a waiver for a refund, but in person they said that Expedia said they don’t allow refunds… I really do not want to go back on Friday but also do not want to lose money. They lie in person acting like it’s Expedia when it’s really them. The pool is also in the parking lot of Popeyes. Do not stay here!!!. My husband felt very dirty and swears he saw a cockroach as well. I am going to contact the health department.
