We found the location of the hotel to be very convenient as it was a short drive to our trip destinations. It was situated next to a nice restaurant across the street and was in an area where amenities such as gas, the highway, and stores for last minute supplies were just a quick drive away. Additionally, we met two wonderful employees, Christian Moore and Oasha, who had gone out of their way to make sure that our stay was as enjoyable as it could be. They were extremely efficient, pleasant to talk with, had great attitudes, and were immensely helpful. Thank you for this pleasant experience.

Brand-new hotel, modern and very spacious for three people. Room with 2 beds and one sofa bed had only sheets for 2 beds. Breakfast below par, not a surprise in US, to be clear. Still would stay there again for the modern look.

Our only complaint would be about breakfast... the food was good but for the amount of people at the hotel they could've used more staff to prepare and get the food out to the buffet. We had to wait for many things, including coffee. They even ran out of cups.

Comfort inn was rated exceptional by expedia, but it was not even close to an exceptional rating! Waited over 5 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk to check us in. Rooms were not cleaned on our second day of our stay. I was told that rooms are only cleaned every three days. I had to request a room cleaning for our third day. Prices were above average. Breakfast was disappointing for an exceptional inn. I passed on the rubbery fried egg. I just had a bowl of cereal instead. Ran out of low fat milk on day 3, and decafe coffee on day 2. The best thing about this Comfort Inn was that it was recently renovated and fairly clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to Kennedy Space Center.
