The time for the breakfast buffet, was listed for two different times, but we made it down in time for the newly listed time, but was still rushed. Others were confused too with the time. I also paid $48 for 3 kids ice creams downstairs. Definitely over charged for sprinkles. The bartender was amazing & pleasant. Check in was nice. Room was perfect. My friend & I needed an extra blanket & that was no problem.

Had a wonderful stay. Was a great room with a nice little kitchenette. Fridge, and freezer for our ice cream and whipped cream. Big comfy bed was very nice. The pool was warm, and awesome. The cleaning crew is amazing, they clean the bathrooms constantly. Will stay again!

Great stay with our 2 little dogs in the 2 queen bed suite here. Ground floor is designated for pet friendly area. Decent places to walk dogs outside. Good size room with living room area, kitchenette and quiet bed area. Lovely renovated bathroom. The bar on site had good drinks and nice selection of light food. Breakfast buffet (hot) was also nice. Very good value for the money, the whole place was exceptionally clean, nice, well lit, and smelled wonderful. Convenient to Asbury Park and Long Branch areas, Garden State parkway. Would highly recommend if you need to travel in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. We also used the indoor swimming pool. If we go to the area again, definitely will book again!

The lobby looks nice at first but it’s just for show. It feels fake and useless, like no one ever sits there. The real experience starts at the front desk, and that’s where it all goes downhill. Check-in was handled by an older male staff member who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. No greeting, no eye contact — just a cold stare like I was bothering him. He interrupted me, and although I clearly said we booked a king bed, he asked twice if it was a two standard bedroom. I corrected him again, and he muttered something under his breath in a tone that felt dismissive and borderline hostile. I felt he was trying to force me to stay in teo standard bedroom. Few minutes later, he threw three sheets at me, with no instructions. One was marked for signature, the others weren’t. When I asked for clarification, he just stared. I gave them all back for him to check, and he raised his voice, saying, “You need to sign this one too!” in a tone that felt aggressive and insulting. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a hotel employee. He handed me the keys with zero explanation; no info about the room, amenities. It felt like he just wanted me gone. The room was just as bad. A strong musty, moldy smell hit me the moment I walked in. It looked like it had been recently renovated, but the quality was cheap. There was long hair on the floor and bed, and the shower grout had dark, disgusting brown buildup. The air conditioner was old, extremely loud, and made the room smell even worse.

Legal Nightmare

Never in my life have I been presented with so many legal forms at hotel checkin. Why I should waive my right to a jury trial and consent to arbitration just to stay here is a mystery. This is an affront to every law abiding guest. I will not return as this is not how I wish to be treated. (And I’m an attorney!)

Overall the property was nice and the staff was friendly. There was a pile of someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor that was kind of gross but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. Good value for the accommodations especially considering the other hotels in the area. I will definitely stay here again.

My only complaint is that i found hair on a towel. Found hair in the shower. Found hair on the floor. Makes me think that they dont change the towels if they look clean in order to save time. It didn't smell fresh. They need to sweep/vacuum. Other than that, the staff was very kind. It was easy to get to.
