This motel is quiet, clean and well appointed (love the spa bath) and has the attention to detail that I enjoy in any motel. Things like the biscuit with the hot drinks, large size towels, (and plenty of them), free Sky movies all added that touch of enjoyment to our stay.

Relax on the Spacious Balcony

A very comfortable, roomy, clean stay with enough supplies to cook your own stovetop food. We loved relaxing on the balcony listening to birds in this quiet neighborhood an easy walk from downtown. Manager was very friendly.

Great little hotel. Very quiet and very clean. Drove to the downtown area in 3minutes. Went down to the wharf and watched the little blue penguins return about 9pm that night.

Aspen on King Street was fantastic! The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. Its convenient location and peaceful atmosphere made for a perfect business stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I stayed overnight, friendly staff but there is no aircon in the bedroom and the queen/double size bed was put together with two single bed mattress and it’s very soft. My back was very discomfortable so I have to sleep on the floor after being awaken by the discomfort.
