I was charged double ! When I was at the hotel I notified them about the charge they said it was a deposit but my card was charged for the “deposit” and I never got my money back and fighting with them to get it back is impossible

From the moment we arrived in the lobby, the staff were very warm, inviting and friendly. I would like to thank each person of the staff for an excellent experience. The property was very clean and organized. The Spa was also an experience that we will never forget. The rooftop sushi was fantastic. Both swimming pools were clean and again, the staff was so friendly and helpful at all times. We will definitely be returning to K-Towers. We absolutely loved it here.

Staff are all very nice but images do not exactly reflect the facility very dates and smells like water damage it was also raining and had garbages everywhere to watch running water but definitely safest hotel for how dangerous Tijuana is I’m grateful this hotel made me feel safe
