the room itself I had no issues. but the service when it came to the front desk staff was horrible. my flight arrived early morning. I had requested early check in. and was told it would be ok. I get to the hotel at 11am because I understand the rooms are not ready so early. walk into the lobby I told the clerk I had a reservation. she says check in time is at 3pm I understand but I called for early check in . she said again check in is at 3pm and she doesn't even check my reservation or asked for my name. I said can you at least check to see if you have my reservation. she said yes after I told her to check. then she said come back at 12. I go back at 12:30 and she says again check in is at 3pm. after she had said come back at 12pm. I called at 2pm and asked if room was available for my reservation gave her my name and she said no not until 3pm and just hung up the phone. Had my room paid until Monday and our flight was at 1am we left the hotel to find out that our flight had been cancelled. called the hotel to let them know that my flight was cancelled that I would be coming back to my room. they said you cant because you already turned in the key. I said but I paid till 12 noon on Monday I have no where to go. the girl just said well I cant give you back your room. my experience when it came to customer service was just horrible. could not check in early and even though I had paid until 12 noon I could not go back after my flight was cancelled. will never stay here again

I liked the young people at the buffet there were fast and super nice! I did not like the girls at front desk, there were very rude! this hotel has a lot of complains about the front desk people why nothing has been done! will never comeback.

The room was amazing. The hotel is right next to a really popular night club so if you want a quiet sleep this hotel is not for you. I don't mind but it was noisy.

Front desk is not very welcoming also, my first time staying there obviously I don’t know my way around elevator only take me to 7 floor then walk around the hotel for another elevator to 8 floor the checking person show absolute no help. Same result no greeting when I check out.
