Ac would not cool down the room, room was very nice and clean. Staff was amazing! Breakfast buffet is delicious! But we had to call about 3 times because the AC would not work properly.

The hotel is impeccably clean, and the parking is secure. However, the reception staff seemed unwilling to provide information. When we requested the restaurant room service menu, they declined to assist. We use a jacuzzi and sauna, which are spotless and well-maintained.
