Good clean room, unwelcome hitches

Overall, our stay was as expected and comfortable. The room was as advertised and clean and pleasant. At check in, the clerk attempted to charge an additional amount for the second person, and I had to prove with our confirmation that two people were already booked and confirmed in our rate. our departure left us with a bad experience however, because the advertised rate includes airport shuttle to the Tijuana airport and we set up the Arrangements to be picked up when we checked in the day before and we were assured that yes, there was included transport to the airport. That, and the included breakfast (which we also didn't have because it was too early) was the primary reason we booked where we did. when we arrived in the lobby early for our 7 AM flight, we were told they would call a taxi for us, not a shuttle. We were then very disappointed and surprised When the taxi driver at drop-off demanded $250 pesos for the 4 minute ride to the airport. we explained that the shuttle was to be included, but he had no information about that and insisted we pay the fare. Confirm your details and costs carefully and in writing. We felt nickel and dimed unnecessarily.

Well, everything is fine, but what I didn't like is that they have a list of what you damage and you will be fined, but what I don't like is why they don't give you a discount because the mattress feels like it's damaged.
