I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing, and Salvador stood out by going above and beyond to assist me. His exceptional customer service truly made my stay memorable – some of the best service I’ve ever received! The hotel itself was excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. This hotel was absolutely a big mistake. Hotel books venues over the weekend and definitely was not able to get rest music didn’t stop until 3:30am. Also it took security over an hour to get a loud annoying guest out of the room next to mine!! Horrible experience.

The property is beautiful but the room is a disaster. The floor was super dirty and sticky. The bathroom looks oudated. The walls were paper thin. I was able to hear the people next door. They were super loud and I was unable to sleep the whole night. The bed was so uncomfortable. The beds made a lot of noise every time I would turn or laid on it.

Lucerna it’s a brand that would encounter if you travel in certain cities in northern Mexico. They have an excellent level of customer service and a system that rotates managers and key personal to export their values across the properties. This property is Tijuana best true option for staying. Conform with safety and includes a roof deck Reataurant with true to form sushi food and other adaptations to fresh sea food. Rooms nothing to write home about but was clean.
