This is a beautiful hotel with amazing sunset ocean views. What I didn’t like is that you can’t sleep at night all the clubs surround this hotel and the music is super loud until 3am. I will never stay here again!

The water pipes broke and there was water dripping down the walls. Hotel maintenance had to come in out to check on the situation. The restroom was inhabitable. We could not finsih getting ready brcause of that. We asked for a refund and was told only the manager could issue a full or partial refund. The manager was not available that day or any other day weve tried to make contact. Were told she would call or email. Its been 6 days and no resolution. Would never stay again.

Our stay was good. The extremely loud music nearby made it a little hard to get some rest but overall the room was great. The television didnt work but everything else was fine.
