Rooms have no windows lighting is really bad and the room we got had a huge pole blocking the view from the bed to watch tv

Stayed here two weeks ago very convenient to restaurant and coffee shop this hotel does not have elevator I practically can hear foot step and maid cleaning in the morning. Last week I requested the highest floor so I can avoid all of the noise they put me on the 4th floor next to employees manual lifter from 7 to check out find none stop I won’t be back here anytime soon.
