No ventilation

Although the room was clean and the service was great. The ac or fan didn’t work. It was a little stuffy inside with no ventilation. Felt uncomfortable to sleep.

The had some weird rules and super strict about stuff I felt like they gaslighted a lot of questions and concerns and honestly staff was very rude and I felt discriminated!!! RIO RITA please do better!! Like how can you give someone else my room without telling us?! So unprofessional and I asked to speak to manager and they said I couldn’t .
