Building is still in construction in multiple areas. Beds were stiff, water pressure was low. This place probably shouldn’t even be open for business for at least another year while they renovate.

Room was very outdated which is no big deal, but tried to put some stuff in the closet and it was so dirty i just couldn't use it, the door didn't even close and had me worried all night. Also i thought i would spend the afternoon in the pool since its summer, But the pool water was murky and kinda greenish. I was very disappointed because the reason i booked there was because there was a pool. And there is no ac so it was pretty hot at night, i asked for a fan but they never came to bring it like they said. had to get up at 5am go downstairs and ask again.

2nd time there and we had bomb AC in our room and breakfast was good . Nice staff and love the updates pool and dining area . Only bad thing was the fee for an extra person even it’s two beds two people. Other than that stay was pretty good .

The hotel needs repair as my door knob had issues not able to open it for a while. The pool needs to be cleaned with chlorine. Toilet kept on running and waisting water. No AC.

When we entered the room, the beds were unmade. There were stains on the wall and the entire property looked really run down. We also kept having to request everything multiple times before we got service.

Very dirty hotel. My room was disgustingly dirty. The towels and bed sheets had holes and stains all over. The carpet was extremely dirty, and there was no AC as well. The staff was nice and the breakfast was ok. Would not come back to this hotel.

Not worth it. No Ac, Fridge, and no phone in room to call the front desk. Guests are not allowed and they have to pay and overall will charge you for anything. I’ve payed less and gotten 10x better experiences.

this hotel has ocean view, walking distance ro beach and lots of restaurants. It came with breakfast included, which was absolutely amazing. The food is incredibly good here.

Las sábanas tenían lavial rojo. El cuarto si estaba limpio. Solo dos tuayas viejas para secarte. Todo lo demás estaba bien. Los empleados y el Guardia que estaba ayi hasta las 600 am súper amable con nosotros y todas las personas que llegaban. Las Recepcionistas súper lindas las dos muchachas. Con una sonrisa. El Domingo en el Desayuno no fue lo que yo esperaba. Nos dieron un plato de comida y todo lo demás tú lo pagas. La cual no es un problema. Pero no estaba muy buenos los chilaquiles. Los manteles sucios eran blancos eso no ayuda a mucho. Pero todo se miraba bonito y limpio. Muy lindos todos los meseros y meseras. Eso fue lo que más me gustó. Que todos súper profesionales y te hasen sentir bien.
