A small oasis in a non wakable area. Nothing is close, you need a car or ride share services. Dont walk around at night. The property is near the entrance to Tijuana. Not near the main blvd., resturants, or any sightseeing location. The breakfast is included and was better than expected. There is also a coffe machine in the lobby with coffee around the clock . The staff is great and several employees speak english. I will be back

Excelente servicio de todos. Gracias a Daniel por hacer nuestra llegada placentera y facil. Nos sentimos muy seguros en el hotel. Son tres pisos y tienen elevador. Hay amplio estacionamiento y no tuvimos ningun problema. La comida del desayuno estabo bien.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Staff friendly enough at check in, about 3 hours later, 2 men banged on door and insisted on coming into the room to "smell" for something. They dumped trash can on floor (it was empty) stated they were looking for evidence of smoking. Finding nothing, they stated someone was smoking and they were calling police.

Would have been a higher overall rating but upon returning to the room after a day out we realized that someone had been in our room and gone through all of our belongings. I believe it was the young man working the front desk. All of the other staff and cleaning ladies were fantastic.
