Good night's sleep

Hotel was clean, shower was good, bed comfortable, quiet, nice stopover. Not overly expensive. Breakfast wasn't much, but they had coffee.

I booked a room with a queen bed. When we got there the lady behind the desk said do you need a mobility room, i said why she said if not then i have one that has 2 queen beds instead. I said that was fine. Well it was a room with 2 double beds in it. Little cramped for sleeping, but we were just tired from driving. Not a quiet place at all. Front dest staff night & morning need to learn some customer service when working in this industry. This is the 2nd howard johnsons that we stayed in this trip and never again will i book a room at this brand again. Don't believe it when they say breakfast, it was cereal, yogurt, toast.

I just needed to stay for one night. Very basic for a cheap hotel. The front desk ladies were helpful and sweet. Bathroom clean and beds comfortable. I would not stay if I needed more than one night. Someone had a dog that was barking all night. That was painful. Breakfast had the bare minimum.

It was very convenient to the interstate. However, being an old building probably built under old building codes, we could hear the loud, constant rumble of interstate traffic all night. The mattress was very hard. The room smelled bad, like it needed more than a deep clean. Also, the smoke alarm flashed a bright light every few seconds.

There was no extra blanket in the bedroom and the blanket that was on the bed was very thin. I went to the front desk to request a corkscrew, and they did not have one and gave me a strange look requesting it. Breakfast was very meager.

The breakfast was poor. Only 3 tables in dining area, coffee machine was broken, apple juice was water, no hot food at all, no butter etc. It was very noisy throughout the night.

Bare bones stay

Very basic bare bones hotel. It’s a good stop over for one night but extremely basic amenities. Hotel is dated but clean. Beds were comfortable & shower was ok. Breakfast is the most basic I’ve ever seen but if you are happy with a granola bar and a fruit, then you’ll be fine.

This was a very unpleasant visit my bed had no blankets the breakfast food was more like breakfast snack they had no cream cheese for the bagels no orange juice nothing except for oatmeal tangerines jelly and a dry bagel my bed had no blanket and the worst part was having to kill two bed bugs on the bathroom sink and being terrified of bringing them back home the room had no cord connected to the phone after calling the front desk she wasn’t empathetic or showed no sympathy about my concerns I will never waste my money on this low budget trash again I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone don’t waste your money I have pictures of the bed bugs the front desk played dumb as if she didn’t recognize the bed bug in the photo saying she has to see it when it was clear as day never ever again
