This hotel has really gone down hill in the last year. I’ve been going twice a year, for the past 8 years. When they redid the hotel, it was great! It’s dirty and run down now. Waffle machine broken, breakfast was not like it used to be. Disappointed. Will most likely look for another place to stay twice a year now. It’s too bad since it’s so close to family’s houses.

AC did not work
After driving for 7 hours, exhausted, I arrived at the room and the air conditioner did not work. It was obvious that they knew because the entire A/C unit was dismantled. They had obviously been working on it. I could have asked for a different room but again, I was exhausted!

Bathroom floor tile was poorly installed, gaps between tile and walls/tub. Same tile also not secured in elevator. Overall, clean and quiet. Would stay here again.

Not for me.
The guy at the front desk was very nice. There was a roach in the bathroom. Didn’t feel very comfortable with the condition of the place. Floors in lobby and hallway were definitely dirty or cleaned with dirty water. Sausage at breakfast looked questionable at best.
