When we checked in, we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned. Then when we got into our second room, we had handtowels that had stains on them and the toilet was clogged and the water was not draining properly from the tub.

The room was missing sheets, pillows and towels because the staff were completely unprepared for our stay. The futon felt like sleeping on a rock. The drain stopper was missing so I was afraid of losing anything dropped forever. The water pressure felt like I was sharing it with 5 other rooms. I asked for fitted sheets but got a flat sheet instead. Altogether, the stay felt like a $80 hotel at a $200 price tag.

The curtain does not go all across the window, so light from outside came in all night. The water did not get hot. Basically luke warm on the hottest setting in the shower. Not sure if it ran out or if the settings are down on the hot water heater. Breakfast was good and everything else was… decent

As a typical interstate located hotel you can’t expect a high end hotel. Our room was clean, has been updated in recent years and well laid out. Breakfast staff was slammed and did a good job of keeping up with it. Food was tasty and seating area nice. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Dining options are limited beyond fast food but not a problem. Did some homework ahead of time so we knew where to go. We would stay there again. Extra points to whomever added extra hooks in bathroom and for coats by the door!

Bed bugs

We woke up at 2:30am being bit by a huge number of bed bugs which were crawling all over the bed we an our infant was sleeping on. The hotel staff was very helpful but may whole large family of small kids had to switch rooms at 3am and then try to mitigates any possibility of bringing the bugs home with us, which was no easy task. Wasn’t to impressed! The bathroom was super sticky. The toilet bowl was dirty and the shelves were also dirty. Towels were very old. They painted the room put there was paint splattered all over the furniture and the coffee machine. I was very disappointed with the whole experience! Will not stay there again!

Great staff!! Good location as usual...Hampton Inns have the best locations nation wide, I drove across the nation last year and they were always in a safe and great location for food & drink. Thats huge.

Hotel was fully booked. We arrived and checked-in at 5:30. Went to the room and the cleaning crew was in the hallway. The room wasn't cleaned yet. Nice lady jumped on the task and had us in the room in 20 minutes.
