Gym hours need to be revisited.

Picked this hotel for the gym and location. Sadly the gym doesn’t open until 9am. That’s crazy to me. I’m not sure Nino would stay again.

Terrible No hot water to shower Paid extra for a suite with sofa bed - had an office chair instead - was supposed to sleep 4 - that’s why I paid extra Hot tub was closed Finally offered us to change rooms at 10pm No refund nor discount Pissed off at hotels.com for advertising incorrectly too

Its ok.

These rooms are not airconditioned nor can you chose your comfort of heating. The rooms can get ridiculously hot. But they do provude fans if asked, however, it doesnt help much. The water slide and pool are great and they have good service and rooms are clean.

We stayed two nights here and the first room we got had a big red stain on the floor and stains on the sheets and the couch, and when we complained they moved us to another room that was smaller then the orginal. We wont be staying here agian as the new owners are not doing a good job with quality control.

The rooms were clean and nice, however there were people running up and down the halls throughout the night and hotel staff did not intervene. The pool area was quite dirty, which we had booked because the pool looked so fun, but it was really hard to see past the birthday cake all over the floor and the hair.
