The staff at this property lack the necessary knowledge to assist guests properly. When I tried to make a payment, my card was declined, and they advised me to contact my bank. However, the real issue was that an incompetent staff member clicked something on his computer that he shouldn't have, which caused the decline. Fortunately, another staff member was able to help him, and everything was resolved afterward. Additionally, when I was checking out, another staff member told me that Expedia hadn't paid them yet, and that I would need to pay them in order to receive a reimbursement for my deposit. I showed him my receipt from Expedia, but he insisted that I wait for his supervisor, who wouldn't arrive until 7 AM. Since I was supposed to check out at 6 AM to catch my flight, I ended up running late due to this situation. Thank you so much, Superior Inn!

The room had no temperature controls and we had to have a fan brought to the room. Had very noisy neighbours that didn’t understand what quiet time meant

Good but too child friendly for my tastes
Good, just wish there were less children at the pool. Me and my lady friend are adults and it felt weird swimming in a pool of children while all the other adults were just supervising their kids. I know it's not your fault, i just though the pool would be more adult welcoming. Which I now realize was dumb because their was a water slide there.

Negative 20 degrees and NO heat in the room! Couldnt figure out all night what that whistling and humming was from...when i gave up at 530 am and decided to just head for the airport early (the room a frosty 55 degrees faranheit) i discovered that the casing that held the window-closing mechanism had a massive hole in it that was letting all the cold air in! Heater on the wall did not work at all and the casing on it was bent and broken. I would have left the room over the night but was too broken and tired to go through the hassle so i slept with pillows over me, when i did sleep, and towels on me to try to stay a little more comfortable. I wont risk staying here again.

Upon entering the room it smelled like someone filthy had been living in it for some time. It’s dark and dingy and the lights were flickering. The sink in the bathroom drained VERY slowly. Our heat didn’t work. The lobby and outdoors were full of zombies trying to bum cigarettes. The pool and slide need some serious TLC and cleaning. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable. I’d recommend you take your money and go elsewhere.
