This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, I slept fully clothed on top of the bed, the sheets were stained the bathroom sink was rusted out, holes in the walls, truly disgusting.

Third time not a charm

Given a horribly outdated room with torn curtains, cover (no real blanket), vibrating heater that couldn't be used at night, cockroach in the bathroom, people smoking in no smoking rooms, empty shampoo and soap containers....all i kept getting was apologies from the front office staff. Will not stay there again.

Lady at the front desk was absolutely horrible. My baby was screaming in pain for over 5 minutes with me calling out for help trying to check into the room so i could go take care of him but no one was at the desk. I went and banged on the managers door which is attached to the front desk and the lady finally came out and didnt say anything. I asked what took so long if she was right beside the desk the whole time. She said she was having a meeting...... and left the front desk with nonone to help guests. . Also the room smelt like poop really bad

Don't reserve this hotel.

This hotel was terrible stay away. The room was so filthy. There was dirt/stains over everything from bed skirt, counter, bath, sink and everywhere in the room. The noise was horrendous, it felt the the people in the room above us where going to come threw the ceiling and fall on us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and shame on the owner for allowing this hotel to be left in such a state.

Booked the wrong date because I wasn't signed in, after signing in I didn't check the date and it changed automatically to present date which is I noticed right away after booking, tried to cancel and change it f jan 10 to Jan 11 and there's no option.
