I stayed there for a week with my kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was convenient to walk to many locations for food/shopping/activities. I also found the hotel to be very clean and quiet. I will definitely stay again.

Had to change rooms one side of the bed was sunking in desk person changed room immediately 3/4 mins in another room made sure it was to our liking before she left

Massive dogs allowed in rooms - barking of course. Tried to change rooms and were told we'd get Double beds in lieu of the King bed we reserved (and paid for). Then desk tried to claim that the double bed was more expensive than king. Thumping "music" started at 5:30am. Never again.

This roper was filthy It has a terrible smell throughout , the beds are old and lumpy, the bedding was horrible old Fleece blankets, overall quite disgusting

It is in terrible condition. There were pills on the floor when we arrived in the room, the door key only worked occasionally, the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable as the supprt system was poking through into my back , the window curtain didn’t cover the whole window so light was shining through it Overall not a pleasant stay
