Staff were extremely friendly, the room was falling apart, closet shelf and clothing rod was falling down, pretty bad water damage on the ceiling, and i could feel the springs in the mattress sticking up. Breakfast was pretty typical hotel spread, will most likely not be returning

The room we booked was not available. Booked king size room but got 2 twin bed. No elevator. Had to carry all the luggage through stairs. And the worst thing is there were no hot water and the staff is saying there is no staff. I had to check out immediately and booked Best Western Plus hotel which was great.

The room did not meet our expectations of what was presented on-line. The facilities seemed dated, the room layout dd not match the amenities, what with the ventilation system being hidden by the desk thus making it difficult to adjust room conditions to our needs, and having one chair in the room for two people to share. The worst part was that the elevator was out of order during our stay making it "very difficult" for t hose guests who have mobility issues.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my current stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, this has been the most unpleasant hotel experience I have ever had, due to the following issues: 1. Severely Clogged Bathtub Drain: It takes hours for the water to drain after a shower or bath. I reported this issue, but was told that no action could be taken until the morning. It is unacceptable for a hotel that accommodates guests overnight to lack maintenance support during these hours. 2. Uncomfortable Mattress: The mattress in the room is in extremely poor condition — I can feel every spring through it, making it nearly impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. When I raised this concern, I was informed that there were no spare mattresses available. It is disappointing that a hotel, which should prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction, is unable to address such basic issues in a timely and effective manner. I expected a much higher standard of service and amenities.

It was awful booked it online couldnt get refund for the 3 rooms i rented and also couldnt check in cause when i arrived they said hey only had one room not the 3 i reserved for the work crew and paid for in full i might add when i asked for a refund they said no and wont answer any messages sent to them

Poor experience

Poor experience. Older hotel but clean. The furniture in the room was not made for tge room. Unfortunately, the desk was in front of the window, over the a/c unit. Had to crawl under the desk to turn it on. Curtains were partially un hooked, lamp shade fell off because it wasnt secured. Tub was short, maybe 4 ft. Would not stay again.

The front desk clerk, Sagar was very helpful. We were upset that we required a credit card for a deposit instead of a debit card. The breakfast was nothing special. Anytime that we stay at a Wyndham, we are pleased. Not this time. We thought that it was overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

I was charged an extra $150 deposit on my credit card, only refunded after 5 days. If I don’t get my refund, I have to call my provider. No other hotel I stayed with on this trip did that. Breakfast room had chairs and tables for 10 people. Breakfast was terrible.

The hotel is "okay". We only stayed here for one night. Pro: parking is plenty and the hotel is near to restaurants and to shopping plazas. Con: The front desk staff on that day was somewhat busy on his phone, while we waited to be checked-in - sounded like a personal call to me. Certain things in the room just needs to be updated - bathroom fixtures and to have more easily accessible thermostat (i.e. not being under a table). Otherwise, it is a decent place to stay and they do provide free continental breakfast.
