I’ve stayed at sleep inns all over the country. This is the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Room was dirty no hot water no working smoke detector in our room Terrible breakfast no coffee.

Staff is excellent but we didn’t have hot water and the staff said other people were complaining as well. Someone had been there that day (before we checked in)to fix it and said all was good. It wasn't and I paid for a hotel with cold shower

The water barely got warm for the shower and bath. It was a miserably cold temperature. Went to get in the bath with the jetted tub, jets didn’t even work. Alarm clock didn’t work… it stayed 10:00 the entire 2 days. Key card wouldn’t work well. We even had to get a new key card in hopes it would work better. After about 10 swipes it would randomly work. The TV would come on but was a black screen. The box for it wouldn’t work.
