Booked stay through hotels.com Requested Clean Quiet comfortable room. Was assigned a highway overview room with surround sound . Kevin at the front desk was very helpful in assigning another room, but the beds were very small. Floor tiles were loose , bathroom dingy, Empty cups from evening social still visible in pool courtyard next morning, flashing missing from pool court roof line, and visible black stains on wall. ( water penetration, mold?) Check in staff was not welcoming, And 2, 3 kitchen ladies were simply going through the motions with NO ENERGY, Kevin the evening front desk manager, deserves special recognition for his professionalism and friendly demeanour.. Jessie was also friendly at check out despite dealing with alarms blasting and the fire department present

Good location with lots of restaurants around. Hotel staff was nice. Told us we could get 10% off at certain restaurants but did not give us the needed discount card so when we got to the restaurant, they would not give us the discount. Make sure to ask for the card if u want the discount! I dont think I would stay at this Hotel again bc it was a little run down and it cost the same as some of the nicer hotels. Ive never stayed with this chain before so I dont know if it is just this hotel or if all of theirs are like this. The beds were comfortable, but for the price I can get a little nicer hotel.

A pristine hotel with a friendly and helpful staff

The only negatives about our stay were the traffic noise from I-75 and a tub requiring a huge step to get in. Considering that many people requiring an accessible room have mobility problems, it would seem that a roll-in shower might be a better alternative. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was awesome!
