liked location near I75 & bed was comfortable. Property needs serious updating by comparison to other Hampton Inn's. Room did not have bar soap (had to ask), TV was at least 20 years old w/limited capabilities. Stayed in disability room but heat/cooling thermostat was way above my head on the wall to adjust. No coffee available between 6:30 and 7 a.m. Front desk asked me to go seek out kitchen staff & request coffee be refilled (not good service).

The property is being renovated and is definitely in need of that. Everything is very old, but under construction. Probably should close the sections that are in progress. Windows were very dirty on the outside and hard to see through.

First of all, the front desk staff was great! Unfortunately, that's where the greatness ended. The property is going through renovations and quite honestly, some of the rooms should not be rented until they are completed in those sections. Our room was dirty, paint falling off the ceiling, bathroom wallpaper was peeling, shower curtain wasn't clean, the list goes on. There was an event happening in town, and no rooms available, otherwise we would have moved hotels. Also, we booked a double queen suite and they didn't have any availabile, so we were given a king suite with sofa bed. They told us it was Expedia's fault for renting us a room they didn't have available. We will not be stay there again or any other Hampton Inn and Suites.

Front desk clerk didn’t know if you had connecting rooms. Pretty sure she didn’t know what connecting rooms are. Went down to breakfast at 6:40 am. Out of coffee. Disappointing. Coffee refilled 30 minutes later. Ran out of tissues in 3 minutes. Bed was fine.

If you’re thinking about staying here …. don’t
DO NOT STAY HERE. The property itself is filthy - wallpaper peeling everywhere, water stains on walls, carpet is disgusting, feet stuck to the bathroom floor, musty smell throughout whole hotel, elevators weren’t working properly, couches in rooms were filthy - not the Hilton standard at all. We stayed here while passing through for the night and couldn’t believe the conditions - who manages this property?! All decor and furniture was either filthy or falling apart - by far the WORST Hampton and hotel for that matter we stayed at. Also ants all over the bathroom. This place was gross

Good for just a over night stay
There were signs pardon our dust we are updating which was fine, but definitely needs new carpet in that upgrade. Shower didn’t drain, iron had broken button on it, hairdryer had broken button on it. Definitely needs to be check list when cleaning rooms to make sure stuff that’s broken is caught even though not high priority and maybe not used a lot still something that’s offered that needs to work properly for those who do use it. Remote for tv was missing back that covered the batteries.
