They stay was ok, enjoyed the staff, kids enjoyed the pool, lots of mosquitoes biting by the pool, the dinner was ok. I had 2 issues with my room, the toilet was nonstop running so you had to jiggle the handle and then in the morning a cockroach was alive on my pillow. So gross. Thankfully I was up for the day.

Our room was infested with baby roaches. They were in the microwave and fridge and crawling out of the dresser drawers. We requested a move and the second room on the 7th floor was clean and seemed to be bug free. The rooms should always be checked when cleaned for bugs

Hotel was full for our 4 days there and had only one elevator working. Room was in rough shape. Sink was clogged, doors to cabinets were falling off and when we checked in we had to ask for towels. I know they recently went thru a hurricane but guests should come first
