We were only there for one evening so didnt use all of the facilities. But it did seen to be clean overall. There were a lot of people there. We enjoyed our stay. Their kickback event seemed to be a hit with everyone. The food was replenished as quickly as possible.

Staff and accommodations excel at Drury Inn! Even though the staff members are very busy with the large number of guests, they are tremendously friendly and polite. Other lodging facilities should take lessons from Drury! Outstanding!

The receptionist who checked me in was friendly. The room temperature and bed were comfortable. The refrigerator kept my drinks cold. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked. The Wi-Fi was easy to activate. I didn't like the fact that all I did was defecate in the toilet and it was clogged. Also, when I called the front desk for help, I waited an hour and a half. After that, I had to call the front desk again to get someone up to fix the toilet. I felt that was VERY unprofessional.
