Almost everything was great, except that there was no plain milk unsweetened option for coffee in the morning. Also, the light over the desk in our room hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and the inside was really kind of gross.

Days Inn I-75 Thanksgiving weekend
Requested a King sized bed, but on the first floor (no elevator) due to difficulty climbing stairs. Arrived, only availability was a double bed on first floor. A/C unit had no vent cover, just open hole air came out of. A/C Heat worked good. Fiberglass tub enclosure was slick or slippery had to use bath mat towel to use safely. One of the beds under side border was not attached properly, stuck out in the aisle about 8 inches. Had to navigate that or be aware of it, trip hazard. The room was clean, request for no room service was honored. The clerk told me their first floor king rooms have been booked for months due to crews working in the area due to Hurricane Helene. Would have chosen another facility if it was communicated, after the site said there were kings available but not on first floor. I will not choose this facility in the future with so many other choices in the area. Did not offer a discount due to change, but, i am reasonable in that regard due to my request of the first floor only.

Room 113 TV doesn’t work. Not a big deal to me. Everything else is grate a good place to relax a sleep and plenty of restaurants with in walking distance the room is so clean my mother would stay here (and that’s saying something).

We didn't have a problem checking in, the desk clerk Elliott qas a pleasure. Once unpacked & settled into our room we found out we have no tv service at all. Afrer traverling 9 hours you want to chill and watch tv. Elliot tried to help us but nothing was working so unfortunately we had to check right back out
