Hotel staff was incredibly friendly! At the front desk check in was very quick and smooth. Our room was fine. Clean. Big. Not super up to date but fine for a one night stop. Hallways, elevator, and general areas were not as clean. Could def. Use improvement there. Breakfast was great! Lots of choices and friendly staff. We ate safely with peanut and tree nut allergies.

It was advertised as pet friendly. It is not pet friendly and it was non refundable. Pretty upset traveling and having to find another hotel. Now I'll have to try to fight and get reimbursed somehow.

Our bed smelled like urine. It had clearly been urinated in recently. The sheets were clean so we didn't notice anything until we laid down for sleep. The front desk employees did nothing to help. We were given no refund.

Attendant at check in was pleasant and welcoming. We arrived later than expected due to heavy traffic. We were tired and worn out from our long drive. She made check in swift and we were abme to get to our room and rest.

The check in and out process was a breeze.. The hot breakfast in the morning was great! The only con I even have was the pull out couch bed was poor quality, not comfortable but again that is to be expected with a pull out bed I suppose and my smaller kids slept on it so no worries!

We stay here last year because it was a wonderful experience, and we were not disappointed this trip. The holiday decorations & lobby is warm and welcoming along with the staff that was at the front desk & the pleasent lady stocking the breakfast foods in the morning. Room was clean and hotel is centrally located to Everything.
